I love the food, even if the pasta is not homemade, it taste really good and I will definitely come here again. Waited outside around 10-15 min. The dinner for 2 cost us 38 euros. Totally recommend the place. You can have take away here and no need to wait in like for take away

I got the orecchiette with truffle pork sausage. I love truffle and it didnt get let down! The pork pieces were nice and flavorful (even though im not a big fun of pork) and the truffle was definitely there!!! Huge portion i'd say. I went extra and got the ragu meatballs, they were tender and had a lot of sause but i didn't like them so much, im used to meatballs with herbs and spices, these were toned-down flavour wise. I had to take my left over food take away as I ordered too much. I also got a shot of limoncello, it was super strong and lemony! Again a fantastic find in Naples. We managed to get a table for two, however as we sat down the queues started to form. So if you don't want to queue then get there before 1800😁 Food fantastic service great and a nor frills venue 🕺💃

We went there just based on the Google reviews and it didn't disappoint us. We ordered 4 different pastas and a bottle of wine. Everyone had different favorites which means everything was good. This place is a must go in Napoli.

While visiting Naples with friends, we noticed this restaurant always had a line, so we knew we had to try it. Two days later, we went around opening time (11:15) and luckily there was no queue. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous for the price. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Naples! 😍

Unbelievable! By far the best pasta in Naples! I had the most amazing carbonara and ragù — so good I came back a second time, and it was totally worth the wait. The portions are super generous and the flavors unforgettable. Highly, highly recommended!

We arrived in the evening, shortly before 20 o’clock and had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated. This time was totally worth waiting, as all meals were delicious. For drinks, main meals and bruschetta we (2 persons) paid 45€, which is totally fine in comparison to other places. We liked pasta so much, and service was nice.

Cala la Pasta in Naples is a charming and cozy restaurant that perfectly captures the warm, authentic feel of Italian dining. The interior is casual and inviting, with a lively atmosphere that reflects the spirit of Naples. This spot is popular among both locals and tourists, and it’s not uncommon to see a line out the door, especially during peak hours. Luckily, we arrived just as they opened and were seated right away — no wait, and service was quick and attentive.
We tried several dishes, and overall the experience was very satisfying. The Insalata della casa was fresh and flavorful, a great way to start the meal. The Bocconcini di mozzarella e pomodoro were also delicious, with rich mozzarella and ripe tomatoes.
The Carbonara had a rich, creamy texture and was well-prepared, but unfortunately it had a strong bitter note, possibly from the cheese or pepper, which overpowered the balance a bit.
The Bruschette miste (4 pieces) were tasty, but the bread was overly toasted, making it quite hard to bite into — it could have been more enjoyable with a slightly softer crunch.
The Ragù was exceptional — rich, slow-cooked flavor, and comforting in every bite. Definitely a dish worth trying.
For dessert, we had the Delizia al limone con crema ai limoni di Sorrento, and it was the perfect finish to the meal — light, refreshing, and absolutely delicious.

Delicious food here. My wife who is very fussy loved her lasagne my white cream ragu was also very nice. You know its good when people are willing to line up to dine in.

AMAZING PASTA. There is almost always a line to get in but it was worth the wait for us, we ate the best genovese! And the portions are huge too which is always a plus! :)

I got lucky and didn't have to queue, but was happy to see that I was seated and the restaurant didn't save the table for a couple, hoping I would take away instead.
If you want to order food to take away, simply enter and order at the bar, they will ask your name and bring the food out to you (including alcohol if ordered).

One of the best pasta places I’ve tried in Italy so far! I had the ragu bolognese – generous portion, rich and full of flavor. My husband had something with truffle, and his was just as delicious. Cozy spot, great atmosphere – we’d definitely come back!
